One system. Direct measurements. No wear.

Gas concentration measurement is an important part of emission monitoring and process control. Aggressive gases are the rule rather than the exception. Because the measuring apparatus is sensitive, the gas to be measured is usually collected and transported to other locations for analysis. This leads to wear, high maintenance costs, and delayed results.
That’s not the case with the new GM32 from SICK. It carries out direct measurements in the stack itself, where it can be easily installed thanks to a smart design.
The measurement equipment is protected in a robust case so that it never comes into contact with the gas. It uses the stack as a cuvette and measures the concentration with the tried-and-tested SICK UV spectrometer technology. It is direct, quick, reliable and low in maintenance. It can effortlessly cope with aggressive, particle-laden, and wet gases at temperatures up to 500 °C (932 °F).
There is no need to change seals and filters, no need to remove residues, no need to replace pumps, and no need to clean the gas sample lines. The GM32 is available in several models - for almost every emission and process application.
